Eat to Live don't Live to Eat. The most important meal of the day is breakfast and it should be your healthiest meal also. The human body is the most precious physical thing in existence, more precious than your house or your car. You wouldn't think of putting inferior fuel in your brand new car but unfortunately many of us load our bodies up first thing in the morning with inferior fuel/food. We shouldn't eat doughnuts, pastry, pancakes, bacon etc. first thing in the morning. For optimal health and energy during the day try drinking two cups of clean purified water or spring water before you eat breakfast or drink coffee. Fruits and vegetables or the best things to eat in the mornings or a smoothie. If you drink coffee it should be black or naturally sweetened with honey or raw sugar.
